Print Orders: Questions, Returns & Customer Service

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Our return policy is very simple:

If you're not happy with a TeshiaArt print purchase that you made, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, Teshia's printing fulfillment company (Fine Art America) will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - Fine Art America will not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

Order Questions:

If you have ordered a TeshiaArt Print and have a question regarding your Print Order, please contact Fine Art America (the Printing Company that produces & ships Teshia's Fine Art Prints) HERE - or call Fine Art America Customer Service at: 877-807-5901 or 312-238-9009. Please have your Order # ready.

Returns:

If you would like to return your TeshiaArt Print for any reason, please refer to either the invoice that was with your art piece or the email that you received right after you placed your order (to find your order #) and submit your return HERE

Damaged Orders:

Our printing fulfillment company does it's absolute best to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, they can't control the UPS / FedEx delivery drivers who will be handling the order along the way, or the unforeseen issues that can arise with any fragile shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please take several photos showing any/all damage (of both the packaging & the print) with your smartphone if possible, then contact our printing partners at Fine Art America using the online contact form HERE. Please attach any photos that you may have. Fine Art America will get a replacement order into production ASAP, and should reply back via email within 1-3 business days, if not sooner. If you’d prefer to speak to a Customer Service Agent directly (or for a quicker response time), please call Customer Service at one of the numbers below.

Don't worry - damages rarely occur. We wouldn't work with our trusted printing company if they did! Unfortunately, no one is perfect, and on the rare occasion that something happens - please know that we are truly sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused, and that we will do everything in our power to make it right for you as quickly as possible. Teshia has very high standards for her artwork, and on behalf of her valued Collectors, we will always put you first.

*Please note before calling: In order to look up your order, you will be asked for the name & email address that you ordered with - or your Order Number (which would have been sent to you in your confirmation email shortly after placing the order - please be sure to check your spam folder for this if you can’t find it).
