100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Our return policy is very simple:
If you're not happy with a TeshiaArt print purchase that you made, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, Teshia's printing fulfillment company (Fine Art America) will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - we do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
If you have ordered a TeshiaArt Print and have a question regarding your Print Order, please contact Fine Art America (the Printing Company that produces & ships Teshia's Fine Art Prints) HERE.
If you would like to return your TeshiaArt Print for any reason, please refer to either the invoice that was with your art piece or the email that you received right after you placed your order (to find your order #) and submit your return HERE.
Our printing fulfillment company does it's absolute best to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, they can't control the UPS / FedEx delivery drivers who will be handling the order along the way.
If your order arrives damaged, simply contact our printing partners at Fine Art America using the online contact form HERE, and they'll get a replacement order into production ASAP.
Don't worry - damage rarely occurs. We wouldn't work with our trusted printing company if it did!
